 Politics is the way to get "Power" and Punjabi Nation need to do "Politics". 

Those nations have domination over judiciary, foreign services, civil services, military services, political parties, local bodies, bar councils, press clubs, chambers of commerce and educational institutions are called "Powerful" and politics is the way to get "Power".

In order to be full of power, individuals, families, communities and nations do politics, which is called "Power Player". "Power Player" has been playing games in every era. Therefore, politics is everywhere and has been in every era. It is a different matter, that politics is conducted either through democratic methods and political principles or through dictatorial methods and political conspiracies.

Even before the formation of Pakistan, there was a "Game of Power" in which the Punjabis lost and the Hindi-Urdu Speaking Indians (UP, CP) won. The largest nation of British India was Hindi-Urdu Speaking Indians (UP, CP) and Bengalis were the second largest nation. While Punjabi was third, Telugu fourth, Marathi fifth, Tamil sixth, Gujarati seventh, Kannada eighth, Malayalam ninth, Oriya tenth largest nation.

In British India, on the basis of "two national ideology", the second largest nation, the Bengalis, and the third largest nation, the Punjabis, were divided on the basis of religion and by including Muslim Bengalis and Muslim Punjabis in Pakistan;

1. On the one hand, the second and third largest nations of India were divided.

2. Secondly, the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth largest nations of British India were given under the domination of the Hindi-Speaking Indians (UP, CP).

3. Third, Urdu-Speaking Indian Muslims (UP, CP) were brought to Pakistan and the Prime Minister of Pakistan was made an Urdu-Speaking Indian. The national language of Pakistan was also made Urdu, the language of the UP, CP. Pakistan's national dress was also made into the sherwani and pajamas of the Ganga-Jumna culture. The government of Pakistan, constituent assembly, judiciary, foreign services, civil services, military services, political parties, local bodies, bar councils, press clubs, chambers of commerce and educational institutions were dominated by Urdu-Speaking Indians (UP, CP). Therefore, the "Control" of Urdu-Speaking Indians (UP, CP) over the major cities of Pakistan, and over the Pakistan was established.

The community that has "Control" over the city's municipality, bar council, press club, chamber of commerce and educational institutions. That community has "Control" over the city. A nation that has "Control" over the country's judiciary, foreign services, civil services, military services and political parties. That nation has "Control" over the country.

Pakistan's population is 60% Punjabi. While 40% of the population are Sammat, Brahui, Hindko, Kashmiri, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kohistani, Chitrali, Swati, Derawali, Gujarati, Rajasthani, Pathan, Baloch and Hindustani Muhajir or UP, CP (Hindko, Kashmiri and Derawali belong to the Punjabi Nation).

Seven decades after the founding of Pakistan, because of 60% of the population of Pakistan, the Punjabi nation has got the control over Pakistan's judiciary, foreign services, civil services, military services and political parties. In second place is the "Control" of Urdu-Speaking Hindustani Muhajir or UP, CP and in third place is the "Control" of Pathan.

In order to establish social, administrative, financial and economic supremacy of Punjabi nation in Pakistan, it is now necessary to establish "Control" of the Punjabis over the 10 major cities of Pakistan. 

The 10 major cities of Pakistan are;

02. Lahore 

03. Faisalabad 

04. Rawalpindi 

05. Gujranwala 

06. Multan 

07. Hyderabad 

08. Peshawar 

09. Islamabad 

10. Quetta.  

In order to control of the Punjabi nation over the 10 major cities of Pakistan, it is necessary that; The municipalities, bar councils, press clubs, chambers of commerce and educational institutions of these cities should be under the control of the Punjabis. Rather, it should be "controlled by Punjabi Nationalists".

Out of 10 major cities of Pakistan, 6 cities Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Multan and Islamabad are the cities with Punjabi majority population. The second largest population is Urdu-Speaking Hindustani Muhajir or UP, CP and the third is Pathan.

Urdu-Speaking Hindustani Muhajir or UP, CP in major cities of Punjab also know how to speak Punjabi. Therefore, in order to establish "complete control of the Punjabis" over the municipalities, bar councils, press clubs, chambers of commerce and educational institutions in the six major cities of Punjab, Punjabis need to formulate strategies to compete with Urdu-Speaking Hindustani Muhajir or UP, CP.

Karachi, one of the 10 largest cities in Pakistan, has a large population of Urdu-Speaking Hindustani Muhajir or UP, CP. The second largest population is Punjabi and the third is Pathan. Punjabis should devise a strategy to compete with Urdu-Speaking Hindustani Muhajir or UP, CP to establish "Punjabi control" over the Karachi municipality, bar council, press club, chamber of commerce and educational institutions.

Hyderabad is one of the 10 largest cities in Pakistan with a majority population of Rajasthani and Gujarati. The second largest population is Sindhi and the third largest population is Urdu Speaking Hindustani Muhajir or UP, CP. But Urdu-Speaking Hindustani Muhajir or UP, CP have made Rajasthani and Gujarati as Muhajir and have established their "social and political supremacy" over the municipality, bar council, press club, chamber of commerce and educational institutions. Strategies for Punjabis to compete with Urdu-Speaking Hindustani Muhajir by partnering with Rajasthani and Gujarati or Sindhi to establish "Punjabi control" over the Hyderabad municipal council, bar council, press club, chamber of commerce and educational institutions should be formulate.

Peshawar and Quetta are two of the 10 largest cities in Pakistan with a majority population of Pathan. The second largest population is of Punjabis. Punjabis should formulate a strategy to compete with the Pathans to establish "Punjabi Control" over the Peshawar and Quetta municipalities, bar council's, press club's, chambers of commerce and educational institutions.
